Project Development

Project development consists of the sum of all investigations, business decisions, planning and other preparatory construction measures that are necessary or expedient in order to build on one or more plots of land or prepare them for other uses. This includes securing the construction and other use in the commercial sector.
We take a classic approach: Project initiation, project conception, project management. This also includes risk management. The usual process flow often has to be preceded by a planning phase, which could also be referred to as phase 0.
Time is a scarce resource. It is said that economics is the study of the scarcity of resources, i.e. making the best possible use of limited resources, and since time is also a very scarce resource, modern project management depends on the right timing, i.e. doing the right things at the right time.
None of this is new? That is true. But every practitioner knows what Clausewitz already knew: the flow of impressions against one's own convictions never stops.
